Abstract

This video describes pelvic anatomy and its avascular spaces, highlighting their boundaries and contents. This knowledge enables a safe and efficient surgical approach to the retroperitoneum, which is key in procedures such as radical hysterectomies, pelvic lymphadenectomies, and the treatment of endometriosis.
