Abstract

Bedtime procrastination involves voluntarily staying up late despite knowing that it will negatively affect performance the next day. Bedtime procrastination may be caused by the use of electronic means. A related study carried out in Argentina is presented in this journal, which showed greater exposure to screens during different stages of quarantine
