Abstract

The practice of medicine is going through a crisis, in which many of the medical practices that are carried out are of little value and often cause harm to people. An unsystematic bibliographic review is presented in which various factors that contribute to the development of medical excesses are analyzed. Their knowledge can contribute to improving the quality of medical care offered to our patients.
