From the experience obtained in assistance and community work carried out by the health team at Family and Community Medicine Center (San Pantaleon) in the Bajo Boulogne community, and of the exchange with school institutions and community centers, we detected the appearance of unhealthy and risky behaviors in the adolescents of the community. The interventions in health education with teenagers are necessary because they promote positive aspects in teenager’s development and allow their formation as health promoters. So that we decided to develop an education program for teenager’s health at a school in the community of Bajo Boulogne
