Should we intensify treatment, or are these values acceptable?

We treated a 68-year-old diabetic patient who is receiving antihypertensive treatment with two drugs. His blood pressure is in the “high normal” range (135/85 mm Hg). Should we intensify treatment, or are these values acceptable?
