Brownish Pigmentation on Palms and Soles. Case Report

Abstract
We present images of a poorly reported dermatosis, whose clinical and dermatoscopic presentation was typical, which allowed us to maintain an expectant behavior due to the benign evolution of this entity, without the need for invasive procedures.
