Abstract

Digital dermoscopy is a tool that allows the early diagnosis of melanomas, through the long-term follow up of pigmentary skin lesions. We report three cases of patients with high-risk of melanoma, in which the diagnosis had been made by morphological, arquitectural and pigmentary changes observed by the digital dermoscopy follow-up
