Abstract

Uterine artery occlusion is a surgical strategy used to reduce intraoperative bleeding in invasive procedures in the uterus, such as myomectomies. In this video, we will demonstrate bilateral temporary occlusion of the uterine arteries using a posterior approach in a 65 mm posterior isthmic myoma.
